Custom Fit

This is not your typical bootcamp. We provide a workout that will surge you past your workout/weight loss plateau and maximize and intensify your results. The class combines strength and conditioning exercises for a full body workout with individual, partner, and team combinations. Join us for a high energy workout with a positive, motivating atmosphere to reach your fullest potential. We offer a wide variety of bootcamps with , Bootcamp with Bev, Custom Fit and Metabolic Fit Training. All different but all levels welcomed!

Couch to 5k

This is an 8 week Walking/Running program for all levels where you receive tips on form, strength training, workouts, nutrition, health, and flexibility. Coaches provide weekly running/training programs and group runs are scheduled weekly. Half marathon training is available upon request.
