With gloves and mitts get ready to feel the burn in this high intensity interval training boxing class. The instructor will lead you through a professional boxing workout that involves mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises on the heavy bags, pads, speed bag, etc…You can improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, shred your abs, and increase your ability of the muscles to burn fat if you practice consistently with power and precision! We team up with our local Stand Up Paddling Board and Kayak Company to provide Stand up Paddle Yoga and Fitness classes out on the water. Classes are in June, July, and August.

Couch to 5k

This is an 8 week Walking/Running program for all levels where you receive tips on form, strength training, workouts, nutrition, health, and flexibility. Coaches provide weekly running/training programs and group runs are scheduled weekly. Half marathon training is available upon request.

This is not your typical bootcamp. We provide a workout that will surge you past your workout/weight loss plateau and maximize and intensify your results.
